James Hertner has been “Selling Erie for over 40 Years”. Throughout his real estate career, Jim has been involved with several professional organizations and has been in a voluntary leadership position with the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Builders Association. He is also an Alumni of Mercyhurst University. Jim is a Vietnam Veteran, having served with the United States Marine Corps as a hospital corpsman and presently is a life member of the Lake Erie Marines/Marine Corps League. He takes pride in the service he has provided to his clients, his industry, the Marine Corps and his country over the years and looks forward to continuing that service in the future. Semper Fi
